THE CITIZENS' STALWART ARM

The city's largest independent, citizen-run, non-profit defense organization.

The Neighborhood Watch receives some sponsorship from the Clementbox and Public Safety Bureau, but its activities are entirely member-driven. It accepts both full-time and part-time members. Full-time members receive a salary; part-time members are allotted an hourly stipend in the form of money or SP.

It also accepts volunteers.

Citizens who are not employed at any major defense organizations, but are interested in patrol and protection, are encouraged to register with the Neighborhood Watch.

There is no minimum time contribution requirement to join.

In order to become a Patrol member, citizens must pass the Combat Licensing Exam.
